REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON
Cost: $395 prepaid or $500 over two payments
This is a 40-hour program that is taught in the
evening hours over five weeks. Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 pm to 9 pm. After five weeks, you can sit for your Board Exam, and when you pass, you will get a job offer right away from our affiliate Aress Realty LLC.
You will be learn all the laws, regulations, ethics, and the business of Real Estate.
REAL ESTATE BROKER
Cost: $795 prepaid or $900 over two payments
This is a 90-hour program that is taught in the evening hours over 10 weeks. Classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 pm to 9:30 pm. After ten weeks, you can sit for your Board Exam, and when you pass, you will get a job offer right away from our affiliate Aress Realty LLC.
You will be learn all the laws, regulations, ethics, and the business of Real Estate, specifically targeted to life as a Broker, and all that that entails.
